Shipping policy

Packages typically ship within 7-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order. 

If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date we receive the payment, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then store.cleonpeterson.com is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. Products are shipped directly from The United States (the warehouse). 

IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to the warehouse because the buyer did not claim the package, marwanshahin.com/shahinstudios.com does not send replacements.

Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and marwanshahin.com/shahinstudios.com has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
